Privacy Policy

In short: this app collects, stores and transmits no personal data. No account is required. We run no server. The app works fully offline and everything you leave behind stays on your own device.
Data we collect
None. The app does not ask for or read your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, device identifier or advertising ID. There is no sign up, no login and no permission prompt.
What stays on your device
A few preferences are kept in your device's own storage so you can carry on reading where you left off:
- The last couplet and chapter you read
- Marks you leave on the text and words you underline
- Your theme (light/dark) and text size preference
These records never leave the device. They are removed when you uninstall the app, and you can erase them yourself at any time with Reset progress in Settings. Erased data cannot be recovered.
Internet use
The text of the work, its Latin transliteration and the entire commentary ship inside the app. It connects to no server, downloads no remote content and sends nothing anywhere. The app works completely without an internet connection.
Analytics, ads and tracking
None. The app contains no analytics tool, ad network, cookie, pixel, crash reporter or any third party SDK. Your behaviour is not measured, no profile is built, and no data is sold or shared.
Payments
The app is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or donation flows, so no payment information is processed.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and, since it collects no data at all, it collects none from children either.
Permissions
The Android build declares only the standard INTERNET permission,
which is the app framework's default; the app makes no network requests in
practice. No camera, microphone, location, contacts, file or notification
permission is requested.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, this page is updated and the effective date above is revised. We do not start collecting data retroactively; any such change would be announced clearly inside the app itself.
